Inspectors of the Volga-Kama department conducted an educational lesson in the kindergarten "Romashka" in the village of Bazarnye Mataki, Alekseevsky district.
Environmentalists introduced the kids to the principles of separate waste collection and explained the concept of mixed waste. The children learned with interest that plastic bottles are not just garbage, but recyclable materials from which they can make, for example, fabric for sportswear. Experts also shared practical recommendations on how children can introduce environmental habits into their families right now, such as replacing disposable bags with reusable cloth bags.
"The environmental habits that we help children form today will make their future more conscious and environmentally friendly, which is in line with the goals of the national Environmental Well-being project," the inspectors stressed.
At the end of the meeting, each child received a gift from the Ministry of thematic coloring pages with images of animals and birds of their native land.
