Environmentalists continue to carry out mandatory preventive visits.

This time, preventive visits took place at enterprises in the Buinsky and Bavlinsky districts.

Inspectors of the Zavolzhsky department visited the joint-stock company "Buinsky Enterprise of Thermal Networks", which has facilities for collecting municipal solid waste. Environmentalists checked the availability of passports for hazardous waste, contracts with a regional operator for garbage collection and other documents. 

During the inspection, it was found that the organization does not have an agreed action plan to reduce emissions of pollutants into the atmospheric air during periods of adverse meteorological conditions (AMC).

JSC "Buinsky Enterprise of thermal networks" issued an order to eliminate the violation. The

next preventive visit took place in the village of Isergapovo, Bavlinsky district, where specialists checked the Baker farm. 

Inspectors from the Priiksky department inspected the territory of the organization and studied the environmental documentation.

During the visit, a number of violations of the requirements of environmental legislation were identified, namely the absence of an action plan to reduce emissions of pollutants into the atmosphere during the AMC period, the absence of a water use agreement and a contract for the provision of services for the management of municipal solid waste.  The

head of the Baker farm was also issued an order to eliminate the identified violations.
