An environmental lesson in two languages was held at the Kilechek Center for Children's Creativity in Nurlat. Inspectors from the Southeastern Department conducted a lesson in Russian and English, introducing the children to such science as ecology and helping them learn new words.

"We strive to make environmental education accessible and fun for children with different interests. This combination of environmental issues with learning a foreign language made it possible to broaden the horizons of the children," the inspectors noted.

The lesson discussed topics such as separate waste collection, conservation of Tatarstan's biodiversity, and simple environmental habits that every student can learn.

The children were interested in the inspectors' work and shared their ideas about protecting the world around them, such as going out on clean-up days, sorting waste, and helping animals and birds.

"The students not only expanded their vocabulary with environmental terms in English, but also gained valuable knowledge from experts in the field of nature conservation," said the English teacher at the Kilechek children's activity center.

Let us remind you that such eco-lessons form an ecological culture among the younger generation, which corresponds to the goals of the national project "Ecological well-being".
