An eco-lesson on "Animals and birds in winter" was conducted by specialists of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan in the Aznakaevsky district
Inspectors of the Priiksky department visited the kindergarten "Chishme" in the village of Manauz, Aznakaevsky district. Environmentalists held a conversation on the topic "Animals and birds in winter". Preschool children learned about how the lives of animals and birds change with the onset of cold weather.
The children were told how wild animals prepare for winter, which birds stay in Tatarstan for the winter and what they eat during the cold season. Environmentalists explained to the children which foods can be put in a feeder and which cannot, because feeders with the right food can help birds survive in severe cold weather.
At the end of the meeting, a small final blitz survey was conducted for the children, which showed how well they had mastered the new knowledge. All the children received themed commemorative coloring pages with images of animals and birds of their native land as a gift from the Ministry.
Such events not only provide children with new knowledge, but also lay the foundation for a responsible attitude towards the natural resources of our republic in the future, which helps to achieve the goals of the national project "Environmental well-being".
