Bavly schoolchildren, together with environmentalists, helped the wintering birds
Inspectors of the Priiksky department conducted an environmental lesson at school No. 5 of Bavly. Experts told why it is important to help birds in the cold season and which birds stay to winter in Tatarstan.
The guys realized how to feed our winged friends, and what, on the contrary, should not be given to birds. Together with the inspectors, they hung specially prepared pumpkin treats on the trees and poured seeds into the feeders. The children made their own necklaces from dried berries and hung them on the school grounds.
After returning to the classroom, the students told poems about wintering birds. At the end of the lesson, each student received a gift of commemorative coloring pages from the Ministry.
Such events help to foster respect for nature among the younger generation and are part of the implementation of the national project "Environmental well-being".
