The ecological and educational project "Reserved Tatarstan" from the regional youth environmental public organization "It will be clean" begins in March 2026. Within the framework of the project, events aimed at the formation of an ecological culture of youth and the development of volunteer activities in specially protected areas will be organized.

Based on the results of the selection, 40 participants will be invited to a full-time three-day intensive course, including theoretical assignments and practical internships. The event will be held on the basis of the health and education complex "Baytik". Lectures and master classes from leading experts in the field of ecology and conservation will be organized here. Participants will have to complete competitive tasks aimed at popularizing specially protected natural areas. Ten of the most proactive eco-activists will have the opportunity to complete a four-day internship at the Volzhsko-Kamsky Nature Reserve, where they will get acquainted with nature conservation and communicate with the reserve's specialists.

The Reserved Tatarstan project is being implemented jointly with the Volga-Kama State Natural Biosphere Reserve, the State Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan for Biological Resources with the support of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan and using a grant from the President of the Russian Federation provided by the Presidential Nature Foundation. The project contributes to the achievement of the goals of the national Youth and Children Project.
