The violator has to pay more than 200 thousand rubles for unauthorized storage of waste in Aznakaevo

Earlier, inspectors of the Priiksky department, as part of the monitoring of Aznakaevo, recorded a violation of environmental legislation. On Zarechnaya Street, environmentalists have identified an unauthorized landfill, the total area of which is 361 square meters.

The inspectors calculated the amount of damage caused to the soil. It amounted to 232 thousand rubles.

According to information from the Unified State Register of Real Estate, the land plot is owned by an individual.

Environmentalists sent a claim to the violator for voluntary compensation for damage and liquidation of the landfill.

The violator is given 30 days to liquidate the landfill and compensate for damage, otherwise the case materials will be sent to court.
