Inspectors of the Ministry of Ecology of Tatarstan told the kids of Almetyevsk about wintering birds
Specialists from the Southeastern Department conducted an environmental lesson for pupils of kindergarten No. 10 "Svetlyachok".
Young nature lovers got acquainted with the birds of Tatarstan that stay for the winter: bullfinches, chickadees and sparrows. Environmentalists told the children about the species of birds and the peculiarities of their winter menu.
The kids realized how important it is to feed the birds and which feeders can be made with their own hands.
"Even the smallest steps, such as creating a feeder and feeding birds, help birds survive the winter and contribute to the conservation of biodiversity," the inspectors noted.
It should be recalled that such events contribute to the development of children's interest in nature and foster a careful attitude towards the animal world, which contributes to the achievement of the goals of the national project "Ecological Well-being".
