This year, Aliya Yusupova, an inspector at the Priiksky Department of the Ministry of Ecology, became the first hero of the Ecology in Person column.
Today, the hero of the new issue is Aliya Yusupova, state inspector of the Priiksky territorial administration, one of the winners of the Eco-leader competition in the "Best State Inspector" nomination.
"For me, my job is not just fulfilling my responsibilities, but striving for continuous development," says Aliya. — I try to put my soul into every assigned task, whether it's a check or a consultation. It is important that your actions have a real, tangible result for nature."
Her path to the profession was conscious: after graduating from KSU with a degree in Hydrogeology, Aliya attended the School of engineering, then worked in Rosprirodnadzor. Since 2020, her experience and care have been working for the benefit of the republic's ecology in our team. During this time, she was awarded Letters of thanks and a Certificate of Honor, and now the title of Eco-leader has been added to her achievements.

Outside of work, Aliya finds energy in sports — she loves running and swimming, and rereads her favorite books for the soul. But her main pride and role is to be a mom and the most active fan of her two football player sons. By the way, the eldest became the top scorer of the Republic Championship in 2025! Perseverance, support from loved ones and love for her work — these are, perhaps, her main secrets.
