The court satisfied the environmentalists' demands and ordered the violator to eliminate the landfill in the Leninogorsk district

Earlier, inspectors of the South-Eastern Directorate revealed a violation of environmental legislation in the field of waste management.

In the village of Staraya Pismyanka, Leninogorsk district, environmentalists recorded an unauthorized landfill. The total area of the violation was 75 sq.m.

It turned out that the land belongs to an individual. Environmentalists sent a claim to the owner demanding to eliminate the violation and compensate the amount of damage caused to the soil in the amount of 48 thousand rubles. But the owner of the site refused to voluntarily comply with the requirements of the department.

The Southeastern Department filed a lawsuit with the Leninogorsk City Court. The court fully supported the environmentalists' demands.
