Dear nature users! The Ministry of Ecology informs about the deadlines for submitting reports on industrial environmental control
Legal entities and individual entrepreneurs working at environmental impact sites of categories I, II and III that fall under regional state environmental supervision are required to submit an annual Report on the organization and results of industrial environmental control (IEC). The report must be submitted electronically via the official website of Rosprirodnadzor: https://ksv.rpn.gov.ru.
The IEC report for 2025 must be submitted by March 25, 2026 inclusive.
Failure to submit or untimely submission of the IEC report entails administrative liability. The penalties for violations are as follows:
For officials — from 10,000 to 30,000 rubles for the first violation
For legal entities — from 50,000 to 200,000 rubles for the first violation
In case of repeated violation, fines increase significantly: for legal entities — up to 300,000 rubles. In addition, the fact of a violation may serve as the basis for an unscheduled inspection.
For reference: in 2025, the Ministry received 2,688 reports on industrial environmental control.
