Dear nature users! Don't miss the reporting deadline
The Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan recalls the need to provide a timely report on form No. 2-TP (air) for 2025. You need to submit the report electronically through the Nature user's Personal Account at the link: https://lk.rpn.gov.ru/
This is mandatory for legal entities and individual entrepreneurs who have stationary sources of atmospheric air pollution in enterprises and emissions that exceed 10 tons per year or range from 5-10 tons per year if pollutants of hazard class 1 and (or) 2 are present in the emissions.
The deadline is January 22, 2026 inclusive.
For late provision or provision of false data, administrative liability and a fine have been established for officials - from 10,000 to 20,000 rubles and for legal entities – from 20,000 to 70,000 rubles.
