The violator will pay almost 700 thousand rubles for unauthorized storage of waste in Nizhnekamsk
Earlier, inspectors of the Zakamsky directorate, as part of the monitoring of Nizhnekamsk, recorded a violation of environmental legislation. Environmentalists have identified unauthorized storage of concrete products on Alan Street.
The total area of the landfill was 832 sq.m.
The inspectors calculated the amount of damage caused to the soil. It amounted to 696 thousand rubles.
According to information from the Unified State Register of Real Estate, the land plot is owned by an individual.
Environmentalists sent a claim for voluntary compensation to the violator. But the landfill was not eliminated.
The inspectors appealed to the Nizhnekamsk City Court with a statement of claim. The court upheld the Ministry's demands and ordered the owner of the site to eliminate the landfill and pay the amount of damage.
