Specialists of the Zakamsky department took part in complex exercises to eliminate the oil spill
Comprehensive exercises aimed at working out actions in case of emergency oil spills were held in the Zainsky district. The commission included inspectors from the Zakamsky Department of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Exercises for employees of the department and the emergency rescue unit of the Tatneft-Dobycha structural unit were held at the Verkhne-Uratminskoye oil field of the Elkhovneft oil and gas production department. Representatives of the professional emergency rescue group "RegionSpas" also took part in the exercises.
According to legend, a section of the pipeline was depressurized. 45.55 cubic meters of oil products were spilled. There was a threat of contamination of the territory.
The complex exercises took place in two stages. The first stage included alerting all services, evacuating personnel, and restricting access to the danger zone. Then, with the use of special machinery and equipment, they began to eliminate the consequences of pollution. As a result of well-coordinated work, the conditional accident was completely localized and eliminated.
According to the results of the exercise, the sufficiency of forces and means to eliminate the maximum estimated oil spill was confirmed. The conditional incident has been eliminated, and the work of the participants has been assessed as "satisfactory".
