The court satisfied the environmentalists' demands and ordered the violator to eliminate the landfill in Nizhnekamsk

Earlier, as part of the monitoring of Nizhnekamsk, inspectors of the Zakamsky Department revealed a violation of environmental legislation. On Yakty Street, environmentalists recorded unauthorized waste storage.

The total area of the landfill was 116 sq.m., the area was 120 sq.m.

The inspectors sent a complaint to the Executive Committee of the Nizhnekamsk district demanding that violations of environmental legislation be eliminated.

But upon re-departure, it turned out that the landfill had not been eliminated.

Environmentalists appealed to the Nizhnekamsk City Court with a statement of claim. The Court satisfied the Ministry's demands in full.
