On the territory of the Soyuz-N gardeners' non-commercial partnership, environmentalists recorded unauthorized waste storage. The total area of the landfill was 60 sq.m.
The inspectors calculated the amount of damage caused to the environment. The total amount was 38 thousand rubles.
A warning and a complaint about the inadmissibility of violating the mandatory requirements of environmental legislation were sent to the individual. But the violation was not eliminated.
Environmentalists appealed to the Supreme Court with a statement of claim. The court upheld the Ministry's claim and ordered it to pay the amount of damage and eliminate the landfill.
