Inspectors of the Ministry of Ecology revealed violations during mining in Bugulminsky district
Inspectors from the Southeastern Department of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan, together with the Bugulma Prosecutor's Office, conducted an inspection of the Alkinsky limestone deposit. During the inspection, violations of environmental legislation by the limited liability company Agrokhimservice were revealed.
With the help of satellite geodetic equipment, specialists recorded the fact that the development went beyond the permitted boundaries, which is a violation of part 2 of Article 7.3 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation. The area of the violation was 147 sq.m.
In addition, it was discovered that the mining company was storing waste on agricultural land. The area of the violation was 1490 sq.m.
According to the results of the survey, an administrative fine of 20 thousand rubles was issued to the subsurface user. As part of the administrative resolution, the unauthorized landfill was eliminated, and half of the fine was paid.
