93% of the appeals have been resolved by environmentalists since the beginning of the year
Since January 1, environmentalists have resolved 5,195 appeals out of 5,575 received by the Republican Public Environmental Reception.
Landfills and untimely garbage collection remain an urgent problem that Tatarstan residents complain about. 2877 are complaints about unauthorized waste disposal. The Ministry of Ecology also received 888 requests on atmospheric air quality, 571 on water quality, and 43 with questions on environmental issues. 1,196 requests were received on other topics.
As for the communication channels, 1,730 messages came through the "I am a student" application of the "School Ecopatrol" category. 2508 questions were sent through the Ministry's online reception, 1168 notifications were sent through the People's Control system, and 169 requests were sent through the feedback platform.
