Tomorrow we will find out the names of the winners of the School Ecopatrol competition
Tomorrow, the most active student, class, school and the best municipal district will be awarded at the Ekiyat Puppet Theater. For the 2024-2025 academic year, 3181 applications from 12 districts of Tatarstan were received for the School Ecopatrol competition. Over the 11 years of the competition, more than 54,000 violations have been recorded.
The main idea of the competition is that every student can record landfills, and send photos and videos to the "School Eco-patrol" section of the "I am a Student" application. Points are awarded for each confirmed application, and information is promptly transmitted to environmentalists to eliminate violations.
The winners of the battery collection campaign will also be announced during the ceremony. Thanks to the efforts of schoolchildren, more than 71 tons of used batteries were collected and disposed of in 2025, and over 238 tons since 2019.
