People's means ours! The voting for the "People's Precinct officer" continues!

From November 1 to November 10, the final stage of the All-Russian competition of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia "People's Precinct Officer" is taking place. In it, police Major Ildar Salikhzyanovich Vagizov, senior district commissioner of the OMVD for the Tukayevsky district, defends Tatarstan's honor.

Ildar Vagizov has been serving in the internal affairs bodies for 23 years. Since 2014, he has been in charge of one of the largest administrative districts in the district — about 4,000 people live in its service area, which is three times higher than the norm for a rural precinct. Over the past three years, Major Vagizov has solved 29 crimes and identified 147 administrative offenses.

In the summer of 2023, during an attack by the Ukrainian Armed Forces with American HIMARS missiles, he took 53 civilians, including children and the disabled, out of the firing zone. For his courage, the officer was awarded the medal "For Distinction in the protection of public order."

Ildar Vagizov is not only a professional, but also an active participant in the life of the district: he works with young people, helps residents, promotes the employment of demobilized, cooperates with local authorities.
