Environmentalists told Nizhnekamsk children about migratory birds

29 October 2025, Wednesday

An environmental lesson from the inspectors of the Zakamsky Department was held in kindergarten No. 3 Solnyshko in Nizhnekamsk.

Environmentalists told the children which birds stay for the winter and which fly away to southern skies. For example, starlings can fly thousands of kilometers in just a few weeks, while bullfinches, chickadees, and thrushes live in Tatarstan during the cold season.

The children also learned how to properly take care of birds, make feeders and what can be put in bird houses. For example, winged birds eat berries, seeds, nuts, but bread and snacks can harm them.

On the quiz, the children were able to show their knowledge and feel like real ornithologists. At the end of the lesson, the inspectors presented the children with coloring games from the Ministry.

It should be recalled that such lessons are aimed at developing eco-culture among the younger generation, which supports the goals of the national project "Environmental well-being".
