Environmentalists have identified illegal limestone mining in the Arsky district
During the monitoring of the Arsky district, inspectors of the Northern Directorate recorded a violation of environmental legislation. In the Starokyrlaisky rural settlement, environmentalists have identified the extraction of common minerals, which was carried out without permits. It should be recalled that according to Article 11 of the Law of the Russian Federation "On Subsoil", it is prohibited to use mineral resources without a license.
Special equipment was working at the site. The area of the violation is 60 sq.m.
Employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs drew up a report on an official of Etalon Group LLC in the Arsky district. The administrative case will be considered on October 31, 2025. The minimum fine for this violation of environmental legislation on officials is 30,000 rubles.
