An illegal installation of a barrier was recorded on the land plot of the horticultural non-profit partnership "Sanar" of the Azmushkinsky rural settlement, and the territory was fenced off, which prevents free access to the Shilna River. According to the Water Code of the Russian Federation, the coastal strip is intended for general use and access to it must be free. In addition, the presence of a berth has been established. The inspectors also revealed the use of a water body without permits.
A warning was issued to the individual about the inadmissibility of violating the mandatory requirements of environmental legislation and a requirement to eliminate the violation.
