The court satisfied the environmentalists' demands to eliminate the landfill in Aznakaevo

Earlier, inspectors of the Priiksky department discovered a violation of environmental legislation as part of the monitoring of Aznakaevo. Environmentalists have identified unauthorized waste storage on Almetyevsky Trakt Street.

The total area of the violation was 519 sq.m.

The Executive Committee of Aznakaevo was issued a warning about the inadmissibility of violating the mandatory requirements of environmental legislation.

But when the environmentalists returned, the landfill was not eliminated.

The inspectors sent a statement of claim to the Aznakaevsky City Court of the Republic of Tatarstan. The court satisfied the Ministry's demands in full and ordered to eliminate the violation.
