Almost 800,000 measurements of atmospheric air were carried out by automatic stations in Kazan
Since January 1, 17 automatic air pollution control stations of the Ministry of Ecology have performed more than 2.4 million measurements. Of these, 790,000 measurements were carried out by five stations located in Kazan.
In September, AAPCS recorded 15 exceedances of the maximum permissible concentration of hydrogen sulfide in Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny:
- on AAPCS-5 (Kazan, I. Shakirov, 3 ave.) 5 exceedances were recorded;
- on AAPCS-2 (Kazan, Pavlyukhin str., 75) 4 exceedances were detected;
- on AAPCS-22 (Naberezhnye Chelny, Tsentralnaya str., 6) 6 exceedances were recorded.
No excess was recorded at the other stations.
Since the sources of enterprises subject to state federal environmental supervision make the greatest contribution to the concentration of hydrogen sulfide, information about the recorded exceedances was sent to the Volga-Kama Interregional Department of Rosprirodnadzor and the Department of Rospotrebnadzor in the Republic of Tatarstan.
We remind you that the measurement data of the AAPCS on the Ecological Map of the Republic of Tatarstan may be temporarily unavailable due to the diagnosis and repair of ecological and analytical equipment. During routine maintenance, it is possible to display excessive concentrations of pollutants due to the calibration and adjustment process of the instruments, rather than a real deterioration in the quality of atmospheric air.
