The marathon supporting the Clean Heritage Olympiad has reunited activists in Naberezhnye Chelny as part of the All-Russian campaign "Water of Russia" of the national project "Environmental Well-being". Today, the Clean Coast campaign was held, dedicated to the cleaning of the coastal zone.

The event began with a welcoming speech from inspectors of the Kama Department of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan, representatives of the Children's Ecological and Biological Center and specialists from Tatneft-AZS Center LLC. Yulia Markelova, a specialist at the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan, thanked the participants: "Thank you guys for loving your hometown and striving to improve the world around you. Your activity in clean-up days and eco-campaigns is a real example of caring for the nature of the republic."

30 participants divided into groups and started cleaning the Kama River shoreline, sorting the collected garbage. As a result of the campaign, 12 bags of waste were collected.

In conclusion, the activists recorded a video greeting and passed the baton to their peers from Nizhnekamsk, where an ecological landing to clean up a suburban forest park will take place on September 12.
