More than 3,500 appeals received by the Republican Public Environmental Reception Center of the Ministry since the beginning of the year have been resolved
Environmentalists have reviewed and resolved 3,659 appeals out of 4,170 received by the Republican Public Environmental Reception since January 1 of this year.
1918 applications were received through the Ministry's online reception, 1204 notifications were received in the School Ecopatrol application. 930 messages were registered in the People's Control system and 118 on the feedback platform POS.
The most popular category remains the issue of unauthorized waste disposal – these are 2111 reports (1204 of which were received through the School Ecopatrol application). 686 times residents complained about the quality of atmospheric air, 462 about water quality and 873 times about other issues. There were also 38 complaints about the CUM.
