Almost 3,500 appeals received by the Republican Public Environmental Reception Center of the Ministry since the beginning of the year have been resolved
Environmentalists have reviewed and resolved 3,482 appeals out of 3,978 received by the Republican Public Environmental Reception since January 1 of this year.
1,775 applications were received through the Ministry's online reception, 1,199 notifications were received in the School Ecopatrol application. 893 messages were registered in the People's Control system and 111 on the feedback platform POS.
The most popular category remains the issue of unauthorized waste disposal – these are 2,041 reports (1,199 of which were received through the School Ecopatrol application). 636 times residents complained about the quality of atmospheric air, 436 about water quality and 827 times about other issues. There were also 38 complaints about the CUM.
