A meeting with the public was held at the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Tatarstan
The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan hosted a meeting with representatives of companies in the region and public organizations. The main topic of the discussion was the potential of joint work on environmental education of Tatarstan residents.
The event was attended by representatives of such enterprises and companies as TAIF-NK, AK BARS Bank, Tathimpharmpreparaty Pharmaceutical Plant, MegaFon. The meeting was also attended by representatives of large shopping centers "Kazan Mall" and "Gorky Park".
Special attention was paid to the development of cooperation with regional non-profit organizations. The NGO "It will be Clean" spoke about the results of implemented projects aimed at cleaning up natural areas and promoting an environmentally friendly lifestyle among young people. Large-scale cleaning campaigns, educational programs for schoolchildren and volunteer initiatives were presented.
The regional branch of the Russian Geographical Society (RGS) presented a wide range of its activities, including studying the nature of Tatarstan, research projects, educational campaigns, the development of ecotourism and the education of environmental responsibility among the younger generation.
Ilnur Nasretdinov, Deputy Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of Tatarstan, noted the importance of combining the efforts of all participants to achieve real results in the field of environmental protection. He stressed that joint activities will help significantly improve the environmental situation in the republic.
The results of the meeting confirm the interest of all parties in further cooperation and the commitment to work together for the sake of preserving Tatarstan's nature and in support of the goals of the national Environmental Well-being project.
