The Aznakaevo city Court ordered the liquidation of three unauthorized landfills in Aznakaevo by September 1.

The Aznakaevsky City Court upheld the claims of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan for the liquidation of three unauthorized landfills on the territory of Aznakaevo.

Earlier, the Ministry sent warnings and complaints to the Executive Committee of Aznakaevo about the inadmissibility of violating mandatory requirements of environmental legislation. However, the requirements were not fulfilled on time, and therefore the Ministry decided to file a lawsuit to compel the liquidation of the identified landfills.

The court satisfied the stated requirements and ordered the Executive Committee of the city of Aznakaevo to liquidate all three unauthorized landfills by 09/01/2025.
