Eco-campaign on the basis of the Raifa Special School. Young environmentalists cleaned up the lake
With the support of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, an environmental campaign was held on the basis of the Raifa special educational institution of a closed type. The environmental group "Vityazi" and the Yunnatsky detachment of the Raifa SUVA University, together with the Underwater Scientific Research Group named after A. A. Leonov, actively participated in it.
During the event, the guys cleaned the shores of Lake Raifsky, and professional divers cleaned the bottom of the lake, removing debris and dangerous objects. A total of 50 people took part in the campaign, with the joint efforts of which 15 bags of waste were collected.
"Such campaigns are an excellent tool for socialization and environmental education. When teenagers see that their efforts lead to real results, it creates responsibility, motivation and pride in their contribution. Working together with professionals broadens horizons and shows that ecology is not boring lectures, but a living thing where their hands and ideas are needed," says Lada Anatolyevna Kudryavtseva, methodologist of additional education.
During the campaign, the participants cleared not only the coastline, but also the coastal territories.
Upon completion of the cleaning of the reservoir, all participants received ice cream and happily plunged into the already cleaned lake.
Thanks to such events, a responsible attitude towards nature is formed and a tradition of caring for the native land is created, which contributes to the achievement of the goals of the national project "Ecological well-being".
