There are only five days left until the end of the acceptance of works for the All–Russian photo contest "Water Resources of Russia (summer) - 2025" of the Federal Agency for Water Resources! Don't miss the chance to become a part of a large-scale project aimed at drawing attention to issues of careful water use and supporting photographers who reflect the beauty and importance of our country's water bodies.
To date, more than 250 participants from different parts of Russia have already joined the competition, from Karelia to the Far East. The organizers received over 1,000 images covering all the diversity of aquatic nature: from urban landscapes to protected rivers and lakes.
Who can participate?
Professional and amateur photographers The
age of participants is from 18 years old,
both specially prepared works and photos from travel, family outings and personal archives of the
Nomination are accepted:
"Water bodies in infrastructure"
"Water bodies in nature"
Applications are accepted until July 18, 2025. More information about the terms of participation is available on the organizers' website.
Photographs of any water bodies, except seas and salt reservoirs, taken during the summer period are allowed to participate.
Prizes and results:
The best works will be posted on the Agency's official resources and will replenish the Rosvodresursy photo bank. The
winners will receive memorable prizes. The
results of the competition will be published on the agency's website no later than July 31, 2025.
This is the second season of the competition: in winter, participants sent more than 1,400 images, and 7 authors became winners (one of the finalists received a special prize). The event contributes to the achievement of the goals of the national project "Environmental well-being".
