Environmentalists conducted a survey of the Baltasinsky district river based on complaints from residents

Earlier, environmental authorities received complaints about the sea of fish in the Shoshma River in the Baltasinsky district. At the request of the Kazan Interdistrict Environmental Prosecutor's Office, environmentalists took samples of natural water at 3 wastewater discharge sites.

The water samples were sent to the Ministry's laboratory for testing for pollutants.

Inspectors from the Northern Directorate also conducted a survey of the water protection zone of the Shoshma River for compliance with environmental legislation, during which they found no violations.
