Landfills of household and construction waste have been identified by inspectors of the Priiksky department

As part of the sanitary and environmental two-month period, inspectors from the Priiksky department monitored the Aznakaevsky and Muslyumovsky districts. During the survey, environmentalists found two landfills.

The first unauthorized dumping of waste was detected in the village of Chekan. The total area of the landfill was 6450 sq.m., the volume was 660 cubic meters.

The second illegal discharge was discovered on the territory of the Mikhailovsky rural settlement. The landfill area was 959 sq.m., the volume was 96 cubic meters.

Since both sites belong to agricultural lands, all materials have been redirected to the Rosselkhoznadzor Administration of the Republic of Tatarstan.
