During the monitoring, inspectors from the Volga-Kama Directorate identified unauthorized waste discharges in two districts.

According to the results of the inspection of the Alekseevsky district in the village of Bolshye Tigany, a dump of garbage from construction and repair work was discovered. The total area of the contaminated site was 50 sq. m.

During the inspection of the territory of the Chistopol district in Chistopol, an unauthorized landfill was found on the territory of the land plot on  K. Marx st. The dump was formed on the territory of the cemetery. The total area of the contaminated site was 100 sq. m.

Inspectors of the Volga-Kama Department of the Ministry of Ecology have sent warnings to the Executive Committees of the districts about the need to comply with environmental legislation and eliminate violations within 60 days.
