The possibility of making an appointment for a preventive visit through the Public Services portal is open. This is a convenient way to have a preventive conversation with an inspector of the Ministry, both face-to-face and remotely, using video conferencing.

Preventive visits help to identify and prevent violations in a timely manner, ensuring the environmental safety of the region.

How do I schedule a visit?
1. Log in to the Public Services portal and go to the "Control and Supervision" section.
2. Click "Apply" in the "Make an appointment for a preventive visit" section.
3. Choose the format of the visit: face-to-face or remote (remote visit is organized through the MP Inspector app).
Fill out and submit the application.
