Tukaevsky court supported environmentalists in the case of illegal water intake

Earlier, inspectors of the Ministry found a violation in the Kalmashskoye rural settlement of the Tukayevsky district. In the village of Zelenye Gorki, they used a water body, the Beskachanka River, to take water for personal purposes.

A warning and a claim about the need to eliminate the violation were sent to the legal entity.

The violations were not eliminated on a voluntary basis, the Ministry filed a lawsuit with the Tukayevsky District Court demanding to stop the illegal seizure of water resources before the registration of the right to use the water body. The Court satisfied the Ministry's claims in full.
