The court upheld the environmentalists' demand to eliminate the landfill in the Bavli district

During the monitoring of the Bavli district, inspectors from the Priiksky Department of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan discovered the storage of livestock waste in the Alexandrovka River water protection zone.
 
 It was also allowed to restrict residents' access to the water body by installing a wooden fence in the Alexandrovsky rural settlement.
 
 The Ministry appealed to the Bavli City Court of the Republic of Tatarstan with a statement of claim. The court satisfied the environmentalists' demands in full and ordered the violator to eliminate the landfill and provide access to the river.
