Illegal clay mining recorded in Tyulyachi

During an on-site survey of the territory of Bolshemeteskinsky rural settlement of Tyulyachinsky district, inspectors of the Northern Department of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan revealed the use of mineral resources without a corresponding license from Mesha LLC.

The clay was removed using a loader and KAMAZ trucks. The volume of extracted clay was 20 cubic meters. The organization violated the requirements of Article 11 of the Law of the Russian Federation "On Subsoil".

Based on the conclusion of the on-site survey on the illegal seizure of CUM, the damage caused to the subsoil was calculated. The Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan has sent a complaint to the organization.
