The violator will pay 850 thousand rubles for an unauthorized dump in Almetyevsk

During the monitoring of Almetyevsk by the inspectors of the South-Eastern Directorate, a violation of environmental legislation was revealed. Unauthorized waste disposal was discovered on R. Fakhretdin Street. 

The total area of the landfill was 1,069 sq.m.

According to Rosreestr, it turned out that this territory is owned by a legal entity. The inspectors sent a claim and calculated the damage caused to nature. It amounted to 850 thousand rubles. The organization eliminated the landfill, but refused to voluntarily compensate for the damage caused to nature.

Environmentalists have filed a claim with the Arbitration Court of the Republic of Tatarstan. The Court upheld the Ministry's demands.
