Nature protection is the duty of each of us. An eco-lesson was held at the Koshlauch school

10 February 2025, Monday

Caring for nature is the key to the future of our planet, and it must be instilled from an early age. The Koshlauch school of the Arsky district of the Republic of Tatarstan pays close attention to this issue. An extensive environmental education program is being implemented here on an ongoing basis, including workshops, project work, competitions and active participation in national and regional events.

Together with the inspectors of the Northern Department of the Ministry of Ecology and the State Committee for Land Management and Land Resources (GPKZ Ashit), the school held an event dedicated to wetlands. The high school students demonstrated excellent knowledge of geography, biology, and history related to this important ecosystem.

We remind you that World Wetlands Day is celebrated annually on February 2. This date was set in 1997.
The experience of the Koshlauch Basic Secondary School is a vivid example of how, from a young age, it is possible and necessary to form an ecological culture, fostering a responsible attitude towards nature among the younger generation, which is one of the goals of the national project "Environmental well-being". We encourage everyone to actively participate in the preservation of the environment!
