The violator of the Tukayevsky district will pay 834 thousand rubles for an unauthorized dump

During the monitoring of the Tukayevsky district, inspectors from the Kama Department of the Ministry of Ecology revealed a violation of environmental legislation. Unauthorized placement of construction waste was discovered on the territory of a land plot in Novotroitskoye rural settlement.

The total area of the landfill was 1,312 sq. m.

Environmentalists calculated the damage caused to the soil for a total amount of 834 thousand rubles. The violator voluntarily refused to compensate for the damage. The Ministry of Ecology has filed a claim with the Tukayevsky Court. The court supported the environmentalists' demands.
