The results of the All–Russian competition "Reliable Partner - Ecology" have been summed up in Moscow today. The digital platform of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan won in the nomination "The best project in the field of digitalization of ecology and environmental management". The winner's diploma was awarded to Deputy Minister of Ecology Egor Tarnavsky.
The digital platform of the ecology and nature management industry, which the Ministry began to develop in 2022, creates a single digital space for solving problems of ecology and nature management.
As the head of the Environmental protection Agency Alexander Shadrikov has repeatedly noted, "The digital platform is the openness and transparency of our work. We are actively using all the possibilities of digitalization. All relevant information is promptly entered into the geographic information system "Ecological Map of the Republic of Tatarstan". The subsystem "Unauthorized waste disposal" is publicly available to our residents, which is constantly being updated. In April, in a test mode, we prematurely opened the data of all our stations for monitoring the purity of atmospheric air. Residents can see all the information online."
The digital platform, which was developed by Etton Group, consists of 3 functional subsystems – Subsoil, Supervision and Eco-monitoring. At the moment, the percentage of digital platform implementation is 99%. The subsystem "Nedra" has been developed, the module "Cartography" has been implemented. The digital platform is located in the productive environment of the Unified Digital Platform of the Republic of Tatarstan. Integration with a number of information systems has been implemented (PTO UONVOS, test integration with Russian Post services, the environmental monitoring system "SAMOS", FGIS "Automated system for licensing subsoil use", UPRZA "Ecologist-city", GIS "EMSED").
The "Nedra" subsystem will make it possible to exclude the transportation of illegally extracted minerals by taking into account consignment notes, and will create an additional market volume for licensed subsoil users.
The Eco-monitoring subsystem in the Republic of Tatarstan will strengthen control over the state of atmospheric air and promptly respond to the facts of its deterioration. Inspectors of the Ministry will automatically receive notifications of recorded exceedances with information about possible sources of such exceedances.
The Supervision subsystem will allow monitoring the receipt of information about a violation on the day of its commission, payment and collection, ensuring transparency of state environmental supervision in terms of preventing the occurrence of corruption risks.
This is the second award of the Ministry's digital platform. In May, the Digital platform of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan became the winner of the CIPR Digital 2024 award.
Let us recall that the Reliable Partner Ecology competition is designed to promote the implementation of the National Ecology Project in terms of identifying the most successful and effective regional environmental practices and projects for their further replication and scaling throughout the country.
