Comprehensive oil spill response exercises were held in the Zainsky district
The commission included inspectors from the Zakamsky Department of the Ministry of Ecology.
According to legend, due to the wear of the oil pipeline, there was a spill of petroleum products on an area of more than 25 thousand square meters. In four hours, employees of Elkhovneft of the Tatneft-Dobycha joint venture were able to determine the boundaries of the conditional spill, cordon off the emergency zone and localize the spill site. It is worth noting that the working cycle is continuous at oil-producing enterprises, therefore, an emergency spill can happen at any time, under any meteorological conditions.
The participants were able to quickly localize and eliminate the oil spill, for which they received a satisfactory assessment from the commission.
