Hasty extraction turned into a check of the prosecutor's office for Chupaevsky Stone LLC

During the monitoring of the territories of the Almetyevsk district, inspectors of the South-Eastern Territorial Department of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan revealed a violation of license conditions. LLC "Chupaevsky stone" started mining without completing the mandatory re-registration procedure.

According to the data of the public cadastral map, the land plot is still intended only for agricultural use. This violates the requirements of Part 2 of Article 7.3. of The Administrative Code of the Russian Federation and the terms of the license.

To take action, the information will be transferred to the Almetyevsk city Prosecutor's Office.
