85 thousand rubles were collected by environmentalists to the state budget. The Director of Aleksagro paid administrative fines for non-compliance with environmental legislation.
In June, inspectors from the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan recorded a number of environmental violations on the production site in the Nurlat district. Unauthorized placement of waste on the soil was revealed, as well as the facts of unlicensed use of groundwater and the lack of registration of an object that has a negative impact on the environment were established. The issue of initiating administrative proceedings was resolved by law enforcement agencies.
The director of Aleksagro LLC was found guilty of committing offenses under:
- part 1 art.7.3 of Administrative Code of the Russian Federation "Use of mineral resources without a license for the use of mineral resources",
- Part 3 of art.8.2 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation "Actions (inaction) that caused harm to human health or the environment or the occurrence of an epidemic or epizootic, if these actions (inaction) they do not contain a criminally punishable act",
- Article 8.46 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation "Non-fulfillment or untimely fulfillment of the obligation to submit an application for state registration of objects that have a negative impact on the environment, to provide information for updating accounting information."
Currently, all previously identified violations have been eliminated.
