6502 applications have been received by the Republican Public Environmental Reception since the beginning of the year
Environmentalists reviewed 2,733 messages received through the School Eco-patrol mobile application, 1,080 notifications received in the People's Control system, 158 requests on the POS feedback platform and 2,531 through the Ministry's Internet reception. In total, the department received 6502 applications.
Most often, Tatarstan residents complain about landfills and untimely garbage collection. There are 4032 messages for this issue. Also, the Ministry of Ecology received 941 appeals on atmospheric air quality and 790 on water quality.
