A mobile automated station for monitoring of air pollution was presented in Almetyevsk

A mobile automated station for analytical monitoring of air pollution was put into operation in Almetyevsk, and it will provide service on the South-Eastern territory of the Republic of Tatarstan.
At present, 2 stationary posts of automated air control operate in Almetyevsk allowing to control activity of the nearest companies as possible sources of air pollution. All data are controlled by the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. A mobile station will allow to control air condition near any company located on the south-eastern territory. The station can also make measurements during movement, which is important when it comes to inspection of air pollution level on roads. The station measures concentrations of harmful impurities, namely ammonia and nitrogen oxides, carbon oxide, sulfur dioxide, sulphurated hydrogen, hydrocarbon, as well as determines meteorological indices. The final stage of the ecological championship "Green Echpochmak" took place within the walls of Almetyevsk State Technological University "Higher School of Petroleum". At the correspondence stage, 20 student teams from all over Tatarstan solved the qualifying case task and only 7 of them passed on.
The most environmentally friendly enterprise, a social movement, a kindergarten, an educational institution, the media and the best state inspector - ECO-leaders-2024 will be awarded on December 19 at the Pyramid cultural and entertainment center in Kazan.

The Ministry of Ecology recalls the need to provide geological and state reports for 2024 on time.
