To date, the department's specialists have reviewed 4824 appeals from citizens. These are 2,088 messages in the School Eco-patrol mobile application and 816 notifications received through the People's Control system. 126 requests were registered on the feedback platform "POS" and 1794 – through the Internet reception of the Ministry.
The most popular issue among the population continues to be the topic of unauthorized landfills. This issue accounts for 65% of all appeals from citizens. Also, 617 appeals were related to the quality of atmospheric air and 534 appeals were related to the quality of water.
