Inspectors of the Ministry of Ecology left on a complaint about the "Cascade of ponds"
An appeal was received from the Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations in the Almetyevsk district that a film of unknown origin had formed on the surface in the Cascade of Ponds reservoir.
Inspectors and specialists from the Environmental Supervision Department of the Southeastern Department of the Ministry of Ecology went to the site. Upon inspection of the reservoir, it was presumably established that the film was formed due to a spill of fuels and lubricants. There is also a sewer well near the reservoir, from where a specific smell comes. "Presumably, the drain comes from the storm sewer from Bulgar and Montazhnaya streets. Currently, specialists continue to examine storm wells," said the director of the Department of Ecology and Landscaping of Almetyevsk. The place where the film appeared was fenced with a boom, the staff of the Executive Committee of the city eliminated the stain.
Specialists of the Southeastern Department of the Ministry of Ecology took water samples at two points. The samples are currently being tested in a laboratory.
